Women Only

The Pit Lane Society is a private community created by and for women, inclusive of all women, including those who identify as women. We celebrate and welcome every member who shares in that identity, and are proud to offer a space where women in motorsport can connect, belong, and thrive.

Be Kind

Kindness is non-negotiable.Treat every member with respect, always. This is a space for encouragement, connection, and mutual support.

Confidentiality

Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Sharing private conversations, content, or personal information outside of The Society is strictly prohibited.

Integrity

All members are expected to contribute positively to the culture and values of The Pit Lane Society. Inactivity, disruptive behavior, or misuse of access privileges may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Pit Lane Society (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website and offers a curated members’ club, exclusive events, content, and merchandise. By visiting our website, applying for membership, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership

Membership is open to women, inclusive of all individuals who identify as women.
All applications are reviewed for community compatibility and safety. An application fee is required and includes ID verification.
Membership access is granted upon approval. You will receive secure login credentials to access members-only content.
Memberships are billed on a [monthly/annual] basis and renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal (see Auto-Renewal below).
We reserve the right to revoke access if a member breaches our community standards or conduct policy.

3. Store & Products

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, this may be slightly longer around launches.
Limited edition items and pre-orders may have longer fulfillment timelines.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to UK and international.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition.
Refunds exclude original shipping fees and the cost of return unless the item is defective.
Membership fees and digital content access are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, photography, and materials on this website are the property of The Pit Lane Society and may not be used without written permission.

Auto-Renewal Disclaimer

Membership to The Pit Lane Society is billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree:

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
You will be charged the then-current rate using your saved payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at pitcrew@thepitlanesociety.com.
Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods or unused time.

We will always notify you of any changes to membership pricing before renewal.
